Tonight’s weekly edition of food truck goodness at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino comes with a liberal dose of head banging and air guitar.
From 5:30 – 10 p.m., the Hard Rock is hosting Be A Rock Star Night at the food truck roundup. Not only will you be able to eat from over two dozen trucks serving everything from Cuban fritas to porketarian dishes (that’s all pork-all-the-time to laymen) to cupcakes, but giant televisions will be set up so you can get your groove on playing Guitar Hero and Karaoke Revolution.
