Are you in a cocktail rut? Do you find yourself ordering the same dirty martini day after day? Do you peruse a cocktail menu, intrigued by names like Sidecar, Death in the Afternoon, and Aviator?
Steak 954 is inviting you to drop the apple martini and get with the program — the “never repeat cocktail” program, that is.
Every Monday through Thursday, starting July 16, the mixologists at
Steak 954 will present a new cocktail each day for your drinking
pleasure.
Like a beautiful sunset, each cocktail will be unique and
different. From a reworked classic Collins to a completely new recipe,
the bar staff are working feverishly on the first two weeks of recipes
designed to expand your drinking horizons.
Cocktails will be
priced at $13-14, and are available from 4:30 p.m. until service ends
each weekday evening through the summer.

Manager Peter Ortino is excited to introduce these new cocktails to
curious and discerning drinkers. “We don’t have liquid nitrogen or
“Vegas-style” productions. We thought about it, but it doesn’t really
fall in line with our concept. What we do have is an amazing cocktail
program that gives you the opportunity to have a hand-crafted cocktail
made with fresh, house-made ingredients.”
