Ever wonder how the pioneers lived in the olden days before all the modern conveniences of today? Come and see for yourself as the pioneers reenact life as it was in earlier times. The historic Old School will be open for self-guided tours. Built in 1918 and designed by architect August Geiger, the Old Davie School is the oldest school building in the Everglades and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
