A Guide to South Florida Food Trucks (Part 1)

In August 2010, when the food truck industry in South Florida was but a mere pup, we put together A Complete Guide to Food Trucks.  In it, we listed 19 trucks in South Florida.

One year later, there are more than 70 food trucks in South Florida, and almost every single one of them crosses county borders to attend food truck roundups and special events. 

Because there are so many trucks — and new ones coming out every day — we won’t call the list complete (we’re sure some zombies are thinking of an all-brains food truck as we speak or something), but we will say it comes close.

If you’ve seen a new truck out and about or notice a truck closing or changing its name, let us know in the comments section and we’ll update our list. 

Because it’s so long, we’re breaking the list into segments alphabetically. Because the trucks move around frequently, it’s best to follow your favorites on Twitter or Facebook (or check Clean Plate Charlie for roundup information).
