All the way from Italy comes the Crookers, a DJ duo who basically put its nation on the electro-house map. For a country who loves its traditional house, it’s refreshing to see someone actually breaking the mold and the Crookers have no problem doing so. So when they stop by November 8 at Heathrow Lounge, as confirmed by Miami Nights and the Crookers’ MySpace page, expect their set to hard and glitchy.
You probably think you have no idea who the Crookers are, but trust me you do. That Kid Cudi remix of “Day ‘N’ Nite” that everyone plays everywhere — yep, that’s them. They have also remixed the likes of Armand Van Helden, Busy P, Chromeo, Bonde Do Role and the Chemical Brothers.
