An exotic dancer is recovering after suffering through a horrible series of events at the hands of a Boynton Beach man, police say.

Thomas R. Fitzsimmons, 50, is accused of sexually assaulting the 39-year old stripper — whose name is being withheld — at gunpoint, while psychologically torturing her with bizarre death threats during the ordeal, the Sun-Sentinel reports.

The stripper was stepping out of the shower Sunday morning when she found Fitzsimmons inside her trailer home with flowers, gifts and booze.

He had bought clothes for her he wished to see her in, and gave her beer and wine.

According to the police report, as the dancer dried her hair, and drank his booze, Fitzsimmons became agitated and began to make strange threats, telling her that she should be frightened because she was going to die soon.

Fitzsimmons then ingested some Viagra and woofed down his beer. He then demanded the dancer have sex with him. Fitzsimmons allegedly punched her when she rejected his advances.

She reluctantly gave into him, but became even more frightened when Fitzsimmons began a countdown that would end with her death. When he went for his gun, the dancer tried to bolt through the bathroom window. Fitzsimmons grabbed her by the feet before she could make her escape, causing her to fall out the window where she suffered cuts and bruises.

Someone who was walking by noticed her on the ground, and came to her aid. The passerby put clothes on the dancer and drove her to Wellington Regional Hospital.
